Job summary

PBS invites driven individuals to join as Behavior Assistants or RBT-eligible technicians. You will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collecting data to show progress.

Opportunities include complimentary 40-hour RBT training, travel if needed, and a clear growth path from BA to RBT with quarterly bonus potential and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
