Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs in Wheaton, IL. Part‑time roles offer growth to full‑time as caseloads expand, with a strong training path to become an RBT.

The PBS team emphasizes mentorship, a flexible, growth‑oriented environment, and a formal 40‑hour RBT training to help you advance. Join a dedicated provider helping children thrive in homes, schools, and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and move between seated and standing positions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
