Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Wilmette, IL. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads grow and training to become an RBT is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally, if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
