Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Dunnellon, FL is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles.

Part-time positions are available with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and PBS offers training to become a certified RBT while you work. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision, implement ABA-based plans, and participate in ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience with ABA, childcare, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients and work 1:1 under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and training.
