Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Roles are part-time with growth opportunities as caseloads expand, offering flexible scheduling and a pathway to full-time status.

Applicants can enroll in complimentary RBT training and advance through the Career Growth Pathways. Travel locally may be required and a supportive, growth-focused work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
