Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand. We offer complimentary 40 Hour RBT Training, travel reimbursements where applicable, and a clear growth pathway to become an RBT.

Roles involve 1:1 work with children using ABA under BCBA supervision, with opportunities to advance and earn quarterly bonuses for substantial hours. Local travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• ABA therapy/childcare/education experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
