Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Central Point, Oregon is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBT roles. Positions are part-time with growth potential as caseloads expand. Training to become an RBT is offered; travel to local sites may be required.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA-based sessions, collecting data, and collaborating with families and the clinical team to improve outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related fields a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Engage with clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience a plus.
• Ability to sit on the floor and transition between postures with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, meetings and ongoing training.
