Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in Oregon.

Part-time positions offer a pathway to full-time as caseloads grow, with funded training to become an RBT and additional roles like Student Analysts for BCBA paths. We provide flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for those averaging 25 hours weekly, holiday pay, and a career growth pathway from BA to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required)
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus
• Able to sit on the floor and assist clients during sessions

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
