Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to support children with autism in 1:1 ABA sessions. Roles offer part-time hours with a path to full-time as caseloads grow, and are designed for growth in a supportive, training-rich environment.

Positions emphasize working with BCBA supervision, data collection for progress tracking, and collaboration with families and clinical teams in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology/education or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
