Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings. Roles include 1:1 ABA-based sessions under BCBA supervision, with training provided to become an RBT. Flexible part-time schedules offer growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

Positions may lead to full-time as caseloads grow, with options for training, travel reimbursement when applicable, and a supportive, growth-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions; lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
