Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join our team in Oregon City.

You will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, and you can enroll in complimentary training to become an RBT, with opportunities to advance along a career pathway. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and comprehensive benefits for 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further education a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is beneficial.
• Ability to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed and trained by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
