Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in South Carolina.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in a related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
