Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Maryland is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles on a part-time basis with growth to full-time as caseloads expand. Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, applying ABA strategies and data collection tools.

The positions offer pathways to becoming an RBT through complimentary training, along with a supportive, growth-focused work environment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
