Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join our ABA team. You will work 1:1 with children with autism, under BCBA supervision, implementing customized treatment plans and collecting progress data.

Successful candidates will engage families and clinical teams, participate in ongoing training, and seize opportunities to advance from Behavior Assistant to an RBT as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
