Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking an Entry Level Behavior Assistant to work with children with autism applying ABA strategies. Ideal candidates should be engaged, passionate, and willing to learn under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
