Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work part-time with opportunities for growth into full-time roles. You will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA, actively engaging clients and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage clients and challenge them physically.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
