Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Bend, Oregon. These part-time positions offer the potential to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies and implementing treatment plans. Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally.
• Able to engage effectively with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
