Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Pendleton, Oregon. The roles offer part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and tracking progress under BCBA supervision. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and experience in ABA therapy or childcare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
