Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA and may enroll in complimentary RBT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or higher
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to engage clients and lift 50 lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
