Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
