Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism using ABA strategies. Roles include 1:1 sessions, data collection, and family communication within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Opportunities for advancement to RBT, complimentary 40-hour RBT training, and travel as needed are offered, with flexible scheduling and holiday pay for identified PBS holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
