Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks part-time Behavior Assistants and RBTs to support children with autism using ABA strategies. Roles offer a clear pathway to becoming an RBT, with complimentary training and opportunities for advancement within PBS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
