Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBTs. Part-time roles offer mentoring, 40-hour RBT training, and pathways to full-time caseload growth. Roles require travel locally where needed and a commitment to working with children with autism using ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy or related field is preferred.
• High school diploma required; two-year degree or higher is a plus.
• Ability to engage with children and families in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and trained staff.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support outcomes.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
