Job summary

PBS Corp in Tennessee is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism using ABA strategies. Roles are part-time with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand, with funded training to become an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
