Intermountain Centers invites applications for a Behavior Analyst Trainee at the Phoenix Clinic. The role provides direct ABA services to children and adults, while participating in a residency path toward BCBA certification.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in ABA or are BACB trainee-eligible and have some direct experience with challenging behaviors. The program includes supervision, documentation, and collaboration with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Master's in ABA or related field (or enrolled as BACB trainee).
• One year full-time direct experience with individuals with challenging behaviors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services and skills training to clients and their families.
• Conducts Skill Based Assessments and develops ABA Treatment Plans for clients.
• Completes Functional Behavior Assessments and analyzes data to develop Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Provides training to families and teams on teaching strategies from treatment plans.
• Supports parents and school staff in achieving positive behavior change.
• Oversees ABA programming and client progress using data systems.
• Attends meetings and supervision to maintain BACB supervision hours.
• Completes supervision tasks to accrue BACB hours and maintains documentation.
