Job summary

WellSpan Philhaven's Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Program seeks a Behavior Analyst to conduct functional assessments and develop evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team across York and Lebanon Counties.

You will supervise RBTs, ensure ethical application of behavior analytic techniques, and support families and schools to promote meaningful skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Experience supervising RBTs or teams delivering ABA services.
• Ability to design and supervise behavioral assessments and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments including functional analyses.
• Design, supervise and evaluate behavior analytic interventions.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure ethical practice and data integrity.
