Job summary

Support Solutions in Jackson, TN seeks a dedicated Behavioral Analyst to deliver ongoing behavioral services to individuals supported by SSTN under approved plans. The role requires a DIDD-approved ABA credential and a commitment to pursuing BCBA certification, with BACB certification as a target.

As the SSTN analyst, you will train staff, monitor plan adherence, and collaborate with leadership to adjust interventions as needed, including crisis support and coordination with regional teams.

Qualifications

• DIDD Approved Behavior Analyst required.
• Willingness to pursue BCBA certification.
• BACB Associate Behavior Analyst certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing behavioral services to SSTN supported persons per ISP/BSP.
• Train direct support staff and caregivers on behavior support plans.
• Monitor plan implementation and retraining for staff as needed.
• Assess effectiveness of behavior support/maintenance plans and crisis prevention plans with the analyst.
• Serve as the SSTN behavioral analyst and provide on-site support during crises.
