Job summary

Support Solutions in Nashville, TN is seeking a Behavioral Analyst to join SSTN to deliver on-site behavioral services per ISP/BSP and train staff. The candidate must hold a DIDD Approved Behavior Analyst, a Master's in behavioral sciences, and BACB Associate Analyst certification; willing to pursue BCBA.

This full-time role offers $85,000/year, plus a $10,000 sign-on after 90 days and a $5,000 retention bonus across years.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: DIDD Approved Behavior Analyst.
• Pursue and complete BCBA certification.
• Currently hold a DIDD ABA certificate.
• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or equivalent with field work/experience requirements.
• BACB certification as an Associate Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing behavioral services per ISP/BSP.
• Train direct support staff and unpaid caregivers on behavior plans.
• Observe and retrain staff for plan fidelity.
• Assess plan effectiveness and advise changes as needed.
• Serve as on-site behavioral analyst and assist during crises.
• Coordinate behavioral restrictions across caseloads and provide additional support.
• Follow up on behavioral health appointments and ensure documentation quality.
• Maintain relationships with state officials, families, SSTN employees and other professionals.
• Complete tasks assigned by leadership; participate in Incident Management and Risk Assessment.
• Maintain required training per DIDD and advise SSTN leadership on behavioral issues.
• Communicate with Program Coordinators and agency personnel.

Education

Master's degree in behavioral sciences
