Job summary

Support Solutions seeks a Behavioral Analyst in Tennessee to provide ongoing behavioral services, train caregivers, and supervise adherence to approved behavior plans. The role requires DIDD approval, BCBA progress, and BACB eligibility, with duties including crisis support, documentation, and collaboration with state officials and families.

The successful candidate will work on-site in Jackson, TN, and participate in an expanding program that values compliance, quality care, and staff

Qualifications

• DIDD-approved behavior analyst credential.
• Willingness to pursue BCBA certification.
• BACB-credentialed Associate Behavior Analyst eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing behavioral services to SSTN clients as per ISP/BSP.
• Train direct support staff and caregivers on behavior plans.
• Monitor behavior plan implementation and perform retraining as needed.
• Serve as SSTN behavioral analyst and assist in crisis situations on-site.
• Coordinate behavioral restrictions and ensure follow-up of behavioral health appointments.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation for billing and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with state officials, ISCs, families, SSTN staff and other professionals.
• Assist leadership and participate in incident management and risk assessment processes.
