Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst to develop and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental needs. You will collaborate with families, RBTs, and interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based interventions and track progress with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of applied experience with children.
• Experience conducting FBAs and BSPs.
• Knowledge of ABA for autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and FBAs to identify skill deficits and behavioral needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Lead the development and implementation of focused and comprehensive behavioral programming.
• Analyze patient data, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and modify interventions.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Support families with education and training to promote consistency across settings.
