Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Therapy in Powell, Ohio is seeking a Certified Behavior Analyst to design individualized intervention plans, conduct ABA assessments, and develop tailored treatment programs for children with autism. You will train families, oversee data collection, and supervise RBTs within a collaborative clinical team.

This hybrid, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, two work-from-home days per month, PTO, holidays, CEU access, and strong mentorship opportunities to advance

Qualifications

  • Must hold BCBA certification and be in good standing with BACB.
  • Experience designing ABA programs and behavior intervention plans.
  • Proficient in conducting VB-MAPP, AFLS and other skill-based assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills.
  • Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing parent training and support to families.
  • Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.

Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Advanced Behavioral Therapy, a team of dedicated professionals, is seeking a talented and experienced Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Powell, Ohio location. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in designing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting comprehensive ABA assessments, and developing treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients. As a Certified Behavior Analyst at Advanced Behavioral Therapy, you will:

  • Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills
  • Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other skill-based evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
  • Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training and support
  • Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity
  • Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the Clinical Director

Qualifications:
