Job summary

Kiwi Kids ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in a hybrid, Ohio-based setting. We are a dedicated ABA provider focused on evidence-based practices and improving outcomes for children with autism.

You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families, while upholding HIPAA standards and contributing to a growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification from BACB.
• Current, active Ohio BCBA license.
• Proven experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and data collection methods.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
• Excellent communication skills to engage families and collaborate with providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide direct clinical supervision with RBTs across clinical and home settings, ensuring fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
• Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide direct consistent clinical supervision in collaboration with RBTs delivering ABA services to children with autism across clinical and home-based settings, ensuring treatment fidelity, staff competency, and meaningful client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers.
• Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Current, active Ohio BCBA license at the time of application.
• Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients’ families and collaborate with healthcare providers.
• Experience in special education settings or behavioral health environments is preferred but not required.
