Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Therapy in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design intervention plans and conduct ABA assessments. You will develop tailored treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality service.

Columbus-based role with a 8:30–5:00 schedule, 2 work-from-home days monthly, and strong mentorship opportunities. Competitive benefits accompany a center-based program serving children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• COBA licensure is required or in process.
• Experience building behavior and skill programs using data.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized behavior intervention plans to reduce maladaptive behaviors and build skills.
• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and ongoing family support.
• Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on data.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs; collaborate with clinicians and leadership.
• Provide monthly progress updates to the Clinical Director.

Job description

Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) is seeking a talented and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a BCBA at ABT, you will play a vital role in designing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting comprehensive ABA assessments, and developing treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients.

About the Role:

• Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills
• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other skill-based evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training and support
• Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity
• Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the Clinical Director

Qualifications:
