Job summary

Kids Therapy Tower LLC seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral analysis services for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The role focuses on applying ABA principles to design effective interventions and improve quality of life.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ABA with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and complete competency assessments.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.

Responsibilities
