Pathways Inc. - Kentucky is seeking a qualified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to design and implement individualized ABA plans for clients. The role includes supervising RBTs, ensuring ethical practice, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.
The position requires a Master’s degree in Psychology/ABA, BACB certification, and Kentucky LBA licensure, with prior supervision experience preferred.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Pathways is seeking a qualified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to join our team in providing high-quality behavioral interventions for our clients. The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized behavior plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensuring adherence to all ethical and procedural standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and the Kentucky Board of Applied Behavior Analysts.
This is a full time position
