Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a direct hire with a client in Colorado Springs, CO. The BCBA will provide individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy in center, home, and community settings, following a trauma-informed approach to support language, cognitive development, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB supervision standards.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Compassionate with a passion for helping those vulnerable to life’s challenges.
• Experience with children/young adults (ages 2–20) with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders.
• Skilled in assessments, treatment planning, and report writing (Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS preferred).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to support teamwork, family engagement, and quality care.
• Demonstrates leadership, integrity, and clinical skills consistent with trauma-informed practices.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

FullShift Staffing is seeking a BCBA for a direct hire placement with our client in Colorado Springs, CO.

About the Role

The BCBA will provide individualized, evidence-based care using a trauma-informed approach. Therapy is conducted in-center, in-home, and within the community, Monday–Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, allowing evenings and weekends free. The program takes a whole-person approach, incorporating wellness, mindfulness, self-care, and cognitive/language development alongside ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Meets BACB supervision standards
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Compassionate, with a passion for helping those vulnerable to life’s challenges

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, kneel, squat, walk, run, jump, and actively engage with students for extended periods
• Able to lift/support up to 75 lbs
