Henry Ford Health's Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities seeks a BCBA to develop and administer ABA programs for children with autism. You will lead program development and supervise ABA therapy, while training parents and teachers and supporting business and community outreach.
The role requires a Master's degree in a developmental field and BCBA certification, plus at least one year of direct ABA experience with supervision.
This position is primarily split between our Hamtramck and Troy locations, with approximately 50% of your time at each site. The exact distribution may vary slightly based on client needs and caseloads, but the role is generally a 50/50 split.
This schedule provides a consistent daytime workweek while supporting clients across both locations.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and administer applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention programs for children with autism and related disabilities in the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities. Responsibilities include program development, supervision of ABA, parent/teacher training, business, marketing and philanthropic activities to promote and develop the program in the Health System and the community at large. Actively participates in a multi-disciplinary team.
