Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based ABA services in an outpatient pediatric setting. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, and monitor progress with data-driven adjustments.

Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to ensure consistency across environments, while maintaining compliant documentation and ethical, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification and state licensure (if applicable).
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, family-centered, ethical ABA services.

Responsibilities
