Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification (or applicable state licensure, where required).
  • 3+ years of ABA clinical experience.
  • Experience supervising and developing clinical staff.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a commitment to high-quality client care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide parent coaching, education, and ongoing clinical support.
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff.

  • Complete clinical documentation, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.

Position Overview
