Job summary

The Mental Health Association of Rochester seeks a BCaBA to design and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will tailor treatment plans and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.

You will mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians, use data collection tools to monitor progress, and participate in team activities to advance the organization's mission of excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid BCaBA certification.
