Job summary

Best Ever ABA in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise individualized behavior therapy plans for children with ASD, and to mentor team members across levels.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop targeted interventions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement while maintaining detailed client progress records and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• Minimum 0 years of experience in autism-specific services
• Ability to travel to clients' homes and other locations as needed
• Strong clinical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client care and outcomes
