Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Pediatric BCBA to oversee ABA services in a clinic-based setting and manage a team servicing 8-12 patients. The role includes assessments, treatment plan supervision, and coaching staff.

You will empower families with ABA strategies, collaborate with SLP/OT/PT, and contribute to a growth-oriented clinic where equity partnership at Ivy ABA is possible.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience creating and supervising individualized treatment plans.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
