Action Behavior Centers in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Behavior Analysis Practicum student (Master's level) to join our team. This role focuses on providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting, collecting data, and developing clinical skills under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited masters program in ABA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of children ages 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Allocating 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
