Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited master's program in behavior analysis or related field.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program.
• Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All restricted hours completed.
• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old).
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and team members to align with ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
