Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; college experience or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive needs.
• Demonstrated emotional consistency and resilience.
• Flexibility to support across settings to ensure safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students from varying backgrounds.
• Monitor and support at the school site (classrooms, transitions).
• Assist in creating and implementing behavior support plans.
• Record and track behavioral incidents and progress toward goals.
• Utilize PBIS strategies and school incentive programs.
• Assist with de-escalation, crisis management, and safety.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Communicate with parents and participate in debriefings after incidents.
