Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks paraprofessionals to support K-12 students in in-district classrooms and standalone schools. You will collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized services, monitor progress, and reinforce skills using SESI’s CASE PBIS framework.

Smaller class sizes and ongoing professional development are available. Requirements include a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and experience with students with special needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students from varying backgrounds.
• Lead small group instruction with SESI’s academic rotational model.
• Partner with teachers to provide customized behavior and academic support.
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to monitor progress.
• Reinforce learning by assigning targeted tasks and using data to select materials.
• Assist teachers with large group activities and grading.
