Paramount Schools of Excellence is seeking a PSOE Recovery Coordinator to support behavioral management and school culture for students, staff, and parents. The role focuses on developing and maintaining behavior support plans grounded in Functional Behavior Assessments and coordinating with school personnel to promote student growth and development.

Reporting to the Assistant Principal and/or the Dean of Discipline, the PSOE Recovery Coordinator will assist in behavioral management and school culture for students, staff, and parents. They will develop and maintain behavior support plans which utilize strategies and are based on Functional Behavior Assessments. They will work alongside other school personnel, striving for superior performance so as to provide the best possible opportunities for student growth and development, both educationally and personally.
The Recovery Coordinator will be thoroughly committed to the PSOE mission. All candidates should have proven experience in a similar field. Concrete demonstrable experience and other qualifications include:

Duties are normally performed in a school/classroom environment. Duties may be occasionally performed on field trips away from school. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The Recovery Coordinator will usually work in a school environment, but the mission of the organization may sometimes take them to non-standard workplaces. The Recovery Coordinator works a standard workweek, but additionally will work evenings, weekends, and any additional hours necessary to accommodate activities such as educational/athletic meetings, trainings, sporting events, and appearances at public events.
