Job summary

Paramount Schools of Excellence is seeking a PSOE Recovery Coordinator to support behavioral management and school culture for students, staff, and parents. The role focuses on developing and maintaining behavior support plans grounded in Functional Behavior Assessments and coordinating with school personnel to promote student growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Commitment to quality programs and student education.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; persuasive communicator.
  • Annual training and/or professional development is required for PSOE employees.

Responsibilities

  • Advise the Assistant Principal on behavior and school culture activities.
  • Serve as the behavioral program liaison to Principal and CAO.
  • Manage front-line parent communication for behavior and attendance.
  • Facilitate communication among staff, students, and parents to follow discipline, dress code, recovery, attendance, and behavioral frameworks.
  • Abide by PSOE frameworks and maintain a professional staff image.
  • Assist with day-to-day workload management.
  • Document consistent communication with PSOE leadership using the chain of command.
  • Provide schedule support for duties such as driveline, hall duty, daycare, recovery, YMCA coverage, and after-school supervision.
