Job summary

Ari Apartment Management is seeking a Beginner Maintenance Technician in Pflugerville, TX. The role focuses on performing maintenance to maintain property value, handling resident requests, and preparing vacant units for market-ready status.

You will work in a supportive, safety-first environment with paid training, uniforms, and opportunities for certifications. On-call after-hours emergencies are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; trade school or military training a plus.
• 0–2 years general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, etc.).
• CPO preferred or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• On-call rotation; respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance functions to maintain and enhance property value.
• Handle service requests from residents and address concerns promptly.
• Repair and upgrade vacant apartments to market-ready status.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.

About the Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various community maintenance functions necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property. You will be responsible for handling service requests for residents and making improvements to vacant apartments to prepare them for market-ready status. You will be expected to always represent the company in a professional manner including providing excellent customer service and responding to resident requests and concerns in a timely manner. On-call, responds to after hours emergency calls
