Job summary

Ari Apartment Management is seeking a Beginner Maintenance Technician in High Point, NC. You will perform community maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status while delivering excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (trade school or military training a plus), 0-2 years maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-call after hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training a plus.
• 0–2 years general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, etc.).
• CPO preferred or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance required.
• On-call rotation; after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance functions to maintain and enhance property value.
• Handle service requests from residents and prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely manner; on-call after hours.

About the Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various community maintenance functions necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the property. You will be responsible for handling service requests for residents and making improvements to vacant apartments to prepare them for market-ready status. You will be expected to always represent the company in a professional manner including providing excellent customer service and responding to resident requests and concerns in a timely manner. On-call, responds to after hours emergency calls
